Practice wins the bid for University of Warwick

We are delighted to confirm that the Practice has been awarded the Framework Agreement for the University of Warwick for Architectural services for the next 3 years. This includes a whole range of projects of varying contract sizes.

The Practice is currently carrying out a £4million technical redesign and reorganisation of the University Chemistry Department, which is in 8 phases and due for completion in spring 2009. This project involves the gutting of a number of floors and levels in a variety of buildings to form laboratories of all types with a range of IT teaching spaces.

Roger Cumming, Managing Partner said “this is very exciting and challenging for the Practice and requires skilled analysis to successfully organise the multi-functional requirements. Our enthusiastic and dedicated team are delighted to be part of this long term project for the University”.
