New low energy dwelling in the grounds of an existing residence.
Planning permission granted for a low energy four bedroomed dwelling in the grounds of a traditional residence. This project was to design and erect a two storey property in part of the existing garden of Hobb House. With the deep and relatively narrow site the building is designed with a linear form derived as an extrusion of the principle entrance gable. Having a rectilinear footprint it has simple end gables with a pitched roof.
