A new studio building for an established canalside small business.

The building replaced an existing timber pre-fab structure used as artists studios. It's surrounded by an eclectic range of structures, used for assorted waterway related enterprises.

The prominent position in the canal conservation area required careful detailing to reflect typical canalside architectural forms.
