The open plan interior allows for flexible working arrangements on every floor. With the top floor set back from the line of the main elevation, to reduce apparent height and enhance the form of the curved glass elevation. The set back allowed for a roof level terrace to accommodate corporate entertaining requirements. The glazing was solar reflective and absorbing glass which keep the interiors cool and glare free even in bright sunlight.
