Here are the proposals for the construction of three new dwellings comprising  of 2, two storey, 3-bed dwellings and 1, 3-bed, single storey dwelling. Each dwelling will be provided with its own car parking space to replace the existing garages. Currently awaiting planning decision from Cherwell District Council.

Planning permission achieved August 2019.
